I had hired a programmer, name removed who lives in Seattle, (see Quote 00008 attachment for contact info) to insert 1 to 2 lines of code in a file on my web site. All of 20 minutes worth of work. We agreed upon the price of $60. When he found out I owned www.officesupplystore.com, he wanted $90. Then the price went up to $210 and then he hit me for $7,500 a month plus 20% of my company.

CONVERSION/PROPERTY DAMAGE - ASSAULT
This Hacker has rendered our shopping cart unusable. Our customers can not checkout because he went in to our cart without our permission and disabled the PAYPAL and GOOGLE MODULE. Inserting specific code to purposely disable our web site.

IDENTITY THEFT
A hacker that worked for me has posted the web site www.johnathandodds.com without my permission to use my name. This web site is being used to mislead potential programmers from working with me.

EXTORTION
This programmer has been trying to force me to pay him $7,500 a year plus 20% of my gross sales on my web site. Standard prices for web hosting are very little. I paid $95 for 4 years of hosting for my site from webshostingpad.com.

TRESSPASSING/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
Last night at 2AM, this Programmer placed a TEXT FILE in the PUBLIC HTML FILE on my server that directs my programmers to go to www.iohnathandodds.com. On his web site, www.johnathandodds.com he has a link for emails. In one email, it shows where I emailed my attorney and asked him to send out a letter to him to ask him to back off. My attorney was going to either copy and paste my letter or re draft it... but he's been riding/collecting and retrieving my personal emails with remote hacking on my home comuter.
