Subject: Tully's

Conference call with China went well today. I think there's a chance we could include Bechtel and possibly build out some cities over there by providing infrastructure on top of the Golf Courses. I think we might be able to chart many Courses throughout the country over the next 25 years.

As is everything with the Chinese, we need to be patient. I'm on the fast track with them but even that is still slower than we like to move. Once they understand what it is we're doing, they work fast. Unfortunately, I'm not at the point with them where I can let them feel at ease letting me know they don't know something.

Last thing I want to do is back them up against the wall with their pride. On very good terms and they really like me and my family. I'm meeting with a very wealthy family up in Vancouver the first week of December. If you want me to sign a non circumvention, I will. I have no interest in trying to go around you to get to all of the Golf Courses that are for sale.

I need you to do what you do and I need to make put you together with the righ people over in China. I've got too much going on to try to figure out all of the little details in the Golf world. There is a huge opportunity over in China for Golf right now. Only the wealthiest families get to play.

I'm more prone to pull off some deals over in China than I am selling American Golf Courses. I'm sure I can find a couple of buyers. If you can, please re think your position and let me pitch these guys a few course. They all sign NON CIRCUMVENTIONS with me. In any event, they don't speak any English and they really trust me to negotiate on their behalf. They won't go around us - the can't and they are too afraid to try.

They really want to bring America's great things to China.
