Before I go and put a lot of work in to this, we need to settle on my percentage.

I normally get 10% on all money I bring to the table. On a situation like this with a construction budget being put together, my fees are between 4 - 7% of the entire budget. As the Chinese are most likely going to want me to oversee things, we may want to consider cutting me in to the line item budget with a salary while the project is being built.

They're intersted, it's just a matter of the 'Hurry up and Wait' game for now. I'm finding that they don't want to appear ignorant to us. So they're strategizing their presentation. If I rush it, it will frustrate them.

I anticipate around February at the latest we should see some concrete movement. By the way, Aldara is a beautiful course.
