As you read this, I was sending him and invoice and rather then tell me the wording he wanted he just keep telling me it was not right. So I would send him un updated invoice and then he would not say its not enough.

It needs to specifically state that you will remove the
web site
www.johnathandodds.com
that you created and all of it's contents in
perpetuity once payment is received. Your statement needs to further
state
that you shall take no further action to repost any web site similar to
www.johnthandodds.com
using the name Johnathan Dodds or any similar likeness
in any form of media now in existence or to be created in the future,
(including but not limited to the internet).
You also need to sign and print your name at the bottom of the
document/invoice so that this is a valid contract that you are
executing.
